Please send the cue top to us as a package (not postage paid or cash on delivery). If you have several tops, please label each top with masking tape with the leather you want for the respective top. Our processing time usually takes 1-3 business days. We will then send the top back to your delivery address in an insured package. Payment method only possible in advance. Please do not forget your sender. If you live near Ansbach, you are of course welcome to bring the cue directly to us for repair.
